MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets)

Also called Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation.

The European Union framework established by Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 for crypto-assets and related activities. SDA Token is a Title II crypto-asset other than an asset-referenced token or e-money token, and is supervised under MiCA as a utility token.
